Doors open 9.00

Weigh in from 9.00 - 12.00

First matches begin at 10.00

End of the event at 17.00

BRACKETS

The brackets will be online and visible for you some days before the start of the competition.

RULES

REGISTER IN OWN BELT LEVEL, DO NOT CHOOSE A HIGHER BELT LEVEL.

MATCH DURATION

5 minutes - Adult White belts

6 minutes - Adult Blue belts

6 minutes – Adult Advanced belts

WEIGH-IN

Weigh-in from 9.00 - 12.00.

Show your passport or ID at the weigh-in, your age and name will be checked.

Finger and toe nails will be checked too.

EVERY COMPETITOR has to check in at the weigh-in, to verify your presence.

If you haven't been weighed-in on time you will be disqualified and put as walk over.

UNIFORM

All participants have to wear a ranked rashguard: IBJJF Uniform Requirements.

Everyone must wear a shirt of elastic material (skin tight) long enough to cover the torso all the way to the waistband of the shorts.

Use of any foot gear, headgear, hair pins, jewelry, cups (genital protectors), or any other protector fashioned of hard material that may cause harm to an opponent or the athlete him/herself is forbidden. Also forbidden is the use of eyes protectors, even if they are made for sports practices.

FIGHT TIME

Stay updated before and during the tournament on Smoothcomp, follow the live brackets on the screens or on your phone. It is your own responsibility to show up on time at the Warming Up Area.

There is a special price for the fastest fight!

NO REFUNDS

After registration it will not be possible to get your registration fee back.

We understand the frustration about the no refund policy. For an organizer it is a big risk to organize a tournament, all income is needed for this day.

The no-refund policy also has the advantage that you are more certain of your opponent, that there are fewer late cancellations and allows us to keep our participation prices low.

There will always be late cancellations. If we have to take this into account, it will not be possible to organize a tournament again. We hope that it is also understandable from your side.

Visitors are welcome! An enrance fee of 5 euros applies.
