🔄 REFUND POLICY
Athletes who cancel their registration until 03 October 2026 (22:00) are entitled to an 80% refund.
Important:
If the event is affected by circumstances beyond the organization’s control (postponement or cancellation), refunds will be issued in the form of a credit voucher valid for any future 4eevents tournament.
Refunds must be requested through the athlete’s profile.
Processing time: 5–10 business days (may vary depending on card issuer).

Missing the weigh-in time results in disqualification.
Athletes may weigh in at any available weigh-in time.
No weigh-ins immediately before the match.
Athlete must wear shorts + t-shirt (or tracksuit).

Weight classes apply equally for GI and NO-GI.
