Reservation for changes in the program

Before his/her first fight, the athlete will check his/her weight doing weight-in period from 8.30-10. There is only one opportunity to check the weight. If the competitor does not make his/her weight,they will be immediately disqualified. Please make sure that you are in the correct weight division. You can not change divisions ,if you do not make your designated division. No changes will be accepted in the tournament day, no refund.

Check on Tournament Important Info the official weight measurement used in the Tournament. All athletes should fight and weigh-in with the correct uniform!

All athletes must bring a photo ID with them to the competition, you can not compete without one.

Corrections by e-mail:The athletes can send one e-mail with changes on the registration, by sending a email to competitions@artesuave.dk

Registration Check day:The athletes must make sure that their information is correct by checking the website on the registration listfor their weight, belt, academy, age division, and name information. If there are any mistakes on the informationplease send an email to competitions@artesuave.dk

The brackets will be released before the tournament .

After the registration check day, no changes will be made and no refunds will be given.

During the tournament, any mistakes on the brackets that were not correct previous to Registration Check day will lead to immediate disqualification .

It is the athlete's responsibility to be present at their match and to stay updated on changes to the match schedule before and during the event. If an athlete is not present at the start of their match, they will be disqualified.

Athlete's Responsibility for Presence and Schedule Updates:

• The event operates according to a "timetable widely publicized on Smoothcomp".
• It is a referee's duty to "summon the athletes into the match area to initiate the match". Athletes must be ready and present to respond to these summons.

Consequences of Not Being Present (Disqualification):

• "Athletes disqualified by WO (no show) shall not be awarded a medal and their names will not appear on the championship’s final placement list."
• The only exception to this is if "an athlete has competed in at least one match in the division in question". This means that if an athlete does not show up for their first match (or any subsequent match without prior participation in that division), they will not receive a medal or be listed in the final placements.
• "No changes will be accepted in the tournament day, no refund" in cases of not making weight, and "After the registration check day, no changes will be made and no refunds will be given". While these specifically relate to registration and weight, they underscore a general policy of no refunds once the event day or check day has passed, which include situations arising from missed matches due to schedule changes.
