Weight-in and competition take place at Scandic Sørlandet in Kristiansand (Travparkveien 14). The event runs Friday–Saturday, 4–5 December 2026, with weigh-ins and starting times listed for both days. Athletes can enter multiple weight classes across junior, senior, master and para categories, with medals awarded to top three in each class and live-streamed on YouTube.

Each individual athlete can compete in the weight class they weigh in AND/OR the class above. You can participate in all the categories you are qualified for in terms of gender, age and weight.
Sub-junior (13 - 15 years in 2026), girls: -50, -60, -70, +70 kg
Sub-junior (13 - 15 years in 2026), boys: -60, -70, -80, +80 kg
Junior18 (14 - 18 years in 2026), girls: -55, -65, -75, +75 kg
Junior18 (14 - 18 years in 2026), boys: -65, -75, -85, +85 kg
Junior23 (15 - 23 years in 2026), girls: -65, -75, -85, +85 kg

Prizes:
Medals for the three best in each weight class.
Entry fee:
NOK 250 pr. arm pr. category. Half price for the second category. Double entry fee after the 22th of November 2026.
The final entry (double entry fee) is 5th of December at 08:30.
If you do not show up at weight-in, the entry fee will be refunded to the same payment method you used to make the payment.

Every member of WAF can take part.

Sportswear. Not jeans or shorts.

The host, Kristiansand Bryteklubb and Norges Bryteforbund, follow the World Anti-Doping Code. Everybody who takes part must follow the WADA code.
License for Norwegian athletes:
All Norwegian athletes must be a member of the Norges Bryteforbund.
The athletes must have a license from the Norwegian Wrestling Federation before the start of the event. Contact your local club for more information.
All foreign athletes (WAF members) must be members of their national armwrestling federation and bring a statement confirming the membership.
