Early Bird Price (until October 3): $141.25 CAD
Regular Price: $169.50 CAD
Additional Divisions: $84.75 CAD per division(Maximum of 2 divisions per competitor)

MANDATORY WEIGH-INS
Pre-Event Weigh-In (Recommended)
Date: Friday, October 23, 2026
Location: Richmond Olympic Oval
Time: 4:00 PM – 7:00 PM
All competitors must weigh in, even if their division does not have a weight limit.
Weight allowance: Maximum 0.5 kg (1.1 lbs) over the division weight.
Athletes exceeding the allowance will be moved up one weight division.
Event Day Weigh-In (October 24)
Kids / Juveniles: Must weigh in between 6:00 AM – 7:00 AM
Adults: Must weigh in no later than 2 hours before their division starts.
Failure to weigh in on time will result in disqualification and removal from the bracket.
WHO CAN COMPETE
ADCC Opens are open to all competitors:

✔ Teens
✔ Juveniles
✔ Adults
✔ Masters
✔ Any nationality
✔ Beginner through Advanced
No qualification is required to compete.
FORMAT
• NO GI ONLY
• ADCC Rules and Legal Techniques
• Double Elimination Format
• Matches for 3rd Place (No Double Bronze)
ABSOLUTE DIVISIONS
Absolute divisions will run after all other divisions conclude.
Two divisions:
• Men's Absolute (18+ Open Rank & Weight)
• Women's Absolute (18+ Open Rank & Weight)
A mandatory roll call will take place before the absolute bracket is finalized (approximately 6:00–7:00 PM, subject to event progress).
Athletes must check in to remain in the bracket.

Spectator Tickets: $25 CAD (Cash only at the door)

REFUND POLICY
Registration fees are refundable only if you cancel more than 10 days before the event. Cancellations made within 10 days of the tournament are not eligible for a refund; however, you may request a credit toward a future tournament.
