Observations:

• Age is determined by the year of birth.
• The athlete's weight will always follow the older age bracket limit, i.e., class 4/5 years (weight of 5 years), class 6/7 years (weight of 7 years), 8/9 years (weight of 9 years).

• The KIDS festival consists of recreational warm-up activities and exhibition matches without declared winners (introduction of the child to the competition environment) and will be optional for children from 04 to 12 years old.

ABSOLUTE CLASSES AND CASH PRIZES (GI):

Cash prizes will be paid according to the number of athletes registered in the bracket:

• 100% of the prize: minimum of 10 athletes
• 50% of the prize: from 7 to 9 athletes
• 30% of the prize: from 2 to 6 athletes

Brackets with only 1 athlete will not have a cash prize. For the cash prize to be paid, at least 1 match must occur.

The athlete will only be entitled to the cash prize if they have a valid 2026 membership.

ATTENTION

GENERAL CHECK:

The general check will be available on the Smoothcomp website from September 7, 2026 at 1:00 AM until September 8, 2026 at 23:59 AM.

During this period, the athlete may correct their data or request support via WhatsApp +55 21 99961-9288.

Cancellation requests must be made by September 4, 2026 at 23:59. Requests after this date will not be accepted.

Note: The athlete can change their own registration.

Other information:

• The event will be attended by a medical team with a mobile ICU unit for first aid. Academy professors are responsible for the physical and mental condition of their athletes.
• Weigh-in is authorized without the belt and without the top part of the Gi.
• ISBJJA is not responsible for any financial losses to the athlete or third parties in case of a change in the event date.
• Registration may be extended if necessary.
• By registering for ISBJJA competitions, the athlete agrees to the use of their image in any promotional media before, during, and after the competitions.
• Athletes also authorize medical care provided by any sponsor or the organization, exempting both from any liability arising from accidents that may occur in these disputes.
