See you in Marseille 🗓️, in the Bouches-du-Rhône, for a wave of solidarity supporting the fight against breast cancer and the efforts of the Paoli Calmette Institute, the organization Vivre comme avant and the AP-HM and more specifically Un K au Féminin 🙏. And as a bonus, you’re in the midst of springtime sweetness turning the city into a postcard, with no risk of ending up like a burnt pizza on the Old Port 🍕.

The menu is more tempting than a perfectly spiced bouillabaisse 🍲: a 10 km for the go-getters and a 5 km (run or walk) non-timed for those who prefer to enjoy the moment and chat 🗣️. And the cherry on top? 🍰 You can join remotely thanks to the connected version. No matter where you are, you can run with the community 💻. If that isn’t beautiful! 😍

The Marseille course has a little taste of freedom: between the sea and the city 🌊. You’ll run with the Vieux-Port not far ⚓️, breathe the sea air, run along open spaces, and feel the sun kiss your face 😎. The elevation? Gentle enough not to make you regret signing up, yet motivating enough to earn your medal 🏅. It’s Marseille baby: it smells like the South, the party, and energy, with that extra dash of soul that makes you smile even when your legs burn 😄.

At some point, your body may tell you, “let’s slow down?” 📩. But around you, people encourage, clap, and motivate 👏. And you, you keep going. Because you know why you’re there, who you’re doing it for 🎀. Because you’re moving forward with hundreds (even thousands) of other participants 🏃‍♂️. And because deep down, even if your legs protest, your mind has already decided to reach the finish 💪. Odysséa, that’s what it is: a mix of effort, emotion and solidarity ❤️‍🩹. And for the youngest, no excuses: even little champions can lace up their shoes 👟 with a children’s race, “I run for Mom.”

And once you cross the finish line 🏁, you’ll want to keep the fun going. Marseille, the perfect city to savor the post-race moment 😏. A stroll through the calanques or along the Mediterranean coast 🌊, through the streets of the center, and of course… don’t miss the local gastronomy 😮‍💨. Between a hearty bouillabaisse, a few panissesnavette marseillaise for “recovery” 🍪, you’ll have everything you need to recharge 🔋. And if someone asks why you’re eating so much, you can answer very seriously: “it’s for the recovery” 😄.
