The Doz Łódź Marathon returns this year with plenty of options, a standalone Marathon, a duo or a 6-person relay, a 10 km and also a kids’ race 🧒. A course at the heart of the city Polish, where you’ll weave through the streets and uncover all its secrets 🤫. You’re expected in April, and in Poland it’s best not to forget your mid-season wear 🧣. In Poland 🇵🇱, a marathon is meant to be shared, not like your favorite cake 🤭. Since 42.195 km can be more fun with friends, here you have the option to split your course ✂️. With your favorite duo 🤝, embark on a "Half & Half Relay", you’ll divide this challenge into two and share it fairly those kilometers, without leaving the other with a single crumb 🙂‍↔️. At least, no drama or jealousy; everyone will agree. For those even crazier about challenges AND who have lots of friends 👯‍♀️, the "EKIDEN Relay" is made for you. You can split the course into 6, with equal distances for all or not 🤷‍♀️, up to you... Once on the course, everyone will do their best to pass the baton 🪄 to the next! Obviously, you can still do this distance solo, like a pro 🧍. An experienced runner or just here to enjoy the fun, the city also offers a discovery 💡 on 10 km. A perfect distance to explore the beautiful city and challenge yourself with a great challenge. Kids are also invited! 🎉 For children aged 4 to 16 years, a race is organized near the Atlas Arena 🏟️. 200 m, 300 m, 750 m and 900 m for the oldest. No one is left out here 😉, this kind of organization is perfect for the whole family 🧑‍🧑‍🧒.

After a race like that, the best is to rest 😴, but resting while discovering a country is even better! ⭐️ Łódź, the third-largest Polish city, is located in central Poland 📍. The Piotrkowska Street, even if you may not be able to pronounce it 🤣, is a must-see for its architecture. Otherwise, a breath of fresh air at the Zródliska Park 🌳, surrounded by greenery and lying on a sun lounger, that’s all we ask for! You can also fill your belly 😋 with culinary specialties that will surprise. Żurek in a bread bowl? 🥖 Yes, it’s Polish, but it’s especially delicious. If you’re more sweet-toothed, no worries, doughnut-like beignets with jam 🍓 are always comforting. So head to a bakery and ask for Pączki, you’ll only be delighted 🤭.
