Do a trail under the expert eye of the "Bonne Mère"? 👀 Only in Marseille Outdoor Experiences is that possible ! 🤩 This race is one of the most urban trail out there in the Gooey south of the France 🌞, on the Marseille lands. Whether you’re a fan of short trail or you prefer longer challenges more, three routes will be offered: a 5 km, a 12 km and a 21 km! 👟 Each stride brings you closer to the iconic monuments of the Cité Phocéenne 🐟, queen of the Bouches-du-Rhône 👑. Beginning November, temperatures will be ideal for you to perform 💪. But just because you’ll have sea views the Mediterranean along the course doesn’t mean it’ll be easy! 😜

Yes indeed, the city of Marseille has plenty of climbs in store! 📈 You won’t need cleats, but you will want trekking poles to help you climb every stair 😬. The 5 km route will be friendly and offer you 40 mD+, the 12 km will feature a positive elevation gain of 267 m and the 21 km will present 463 mD+ 😅. You probably didn’t expect to gain so much height during your race, right? 😶‍🌫️ Also, the 21 km is fairly technical and falls into the category 20K UTMB, so the race can help you earn points toward potential qualifiers! 🏆 Don’t panic if you’re not a seasoned trail runner chasing results; you can still enjoy the course without aiming for top performance at all costs 😉. The route is designed to dazzle you! ✨ Imagine running along the Corniche, with the blue of the Mediterranean as far as the eye can see, or through the picturesque streets of the Panier, the oldest district of the city 🏃‍♂️. But let’s not forget the pinnacle of your ascent ⬆️: the Basilique Notre-Dame de la Garde ! ⛪ Nestled at the top of its hill, it’s a monument that’s earned its view, but it’s also one you have to see! 😍 Even the locals, who know the city inside out, have discovered places they didn’t know!
