Eligibility
All TEAM members must have a valid USJA, USA Judo or USJF membership. Registered Team members must be from the same club/dojo.
3 MEMBER TEAMS - ALL DIVISIONS -- Maximum of three (3) members | Minimum of two (2) members is needed to participate. In the event of 2-Member Teams, PAIRINGS WILL BE DECIDED BY CLOSEST INDIVIDUAL WEIGHTS per sanctioning requirements. TEAM MEMBER ORDER will be lightest to heaviest. No substitutions are allowed on any TEAMS participating in the tournament. Medals awarded to all 1st, 2nd and 3rd Place TEAM members.
If this is confusing, then free to do an Open Team Registration by simply having each of your team members register on smoothcomp individually, then email or text your team line ups to Richie Endow 818-482-4884 and the Tournament Staff will assemble your teams on the back end. The Head Sensei/Head Coach will have the opportunity to view all assembled teams and make changes or substitutions prior to the event date.
Please be patient and resilient. Team Tournament Formats are not currently coded in smoothcomp, so we are doing this all for the first time and it needs to be dynamic with many moving pieces to allow for a great event for all of our students.

Entry Fee
*PRE-REGISTRATION ONLY (No Walk Up Registration)* -- $60.00 per Competitor, therefore $120.00 per 2-member Team and $180.00 per 3-member Team -- All entry fees are non-refundable.
ALL competitors will receive an official Nikkei Games T-shirt. (Please provide T-shirt size in section. Your Team Coach will pickup all T-shirts at once when the Tournament Committee announces they are ready to distribute T-shirts).

Check-in
Check-in times will be emailed and texted to Team Coaches and posted on FaceBook. All TEAM members MUST BE PRESENT 30 minutes before Check-in Time!
Coaches
Coaches check-in with Martin Morales. (Certified Coaches Only) | 7:30 am to 4:00 pm Make sure your club/dojo only has 4 coaches.
Make sure your parents, affiliates, etc. spectate from the bleachers.
Make sure your TEAM cleans-up after themselves. Leave the venue cleaner than it was when we got there. Make sure your TEAM, parents, affiliates, etc. follow the Nanka & USJA Code of Conduct at all times.
After 3 warnings, your TEAM will forfeit all matches and all members, coaches, parents, affiliates will be asked to peacefully vacate the premises.
Parking
PLEASE BE SURE TO PAY FOR PARKING AT THE KIOSK OR APP (https://parkmobile.io). It is not free. You will get a ticket!!!
