La course 9/11 Heroes Run 5K invite les participants de tous âges et de tous niveaux de forme physique à rendre hommage aux héros du 11 septembre et à ceux qui ont servi depuis lors. Cet événement rassemble les communautés et soutient les anciens combattants locaux, les militaires en service actif, les premiers intervenants et les familles des victimes. Il comprend des divisions de rucking, en partenariat avec GORUCK, où les participants portent des sacs à dos lestés. Le rucking s'inspire de l'entraînement des forces spéciales. Les participants à la division GORUCK reçoivent un patch TMF GORUCK exclusif.
