Headed to the charming town of Schwäbisch Gmünd, in Baden-Württemberg 🇩🇪. The program invites you to dive into a true local ultra-endurance myth, the Schwäbische Alb Marathon. The flagship race is a formidable ultra-marathon demanding meticulous pacing. Your body will have to tackle a hefty positive elevation and conquer ruthless climbs to hope to tame this imposing natural fortress! ⏱️

The dirt and gravel trail propels you into a grand setting, elevated by the fiery colors of autumn. Your effort will put you to the mythic test of the “Drei Kaiserberge” (the three mountains of the Emperor): the Hohenstaufen, the Rechberg and the Stuifen. The immersion becomes vertigo-inducing when you reach these sharp summits crowned with medieval ruins and chapels. You’ll feel like you’re hovering over the Rems Valley, carried by the crisp wind and the rugged slopes that will mercilessly burn your calves ⛰️.
