La course polaire en Antarctique, c'est un défi d'endurance unique dans une vie qui se déroule sur la grande toile blanche du continent antarctique. Organisée à Wolf's Fang (71°32′S, 8°50′E), la course propose plusieurs formats, dont un 1 mile, un 10 km, un semi-marathon (21,1 km), un marathon (42,2 km), un cyclisme et un duathlon, ce qui en fait l'un des événements polaires les plus variés au monde. Les athlètes courent sur de la neige damée sous le soleil de minuit, entourés de glaciers et de pics glacés, dans un silence total. C'est une atmosphère de course surréaliste où votre souffle et le bruit de vos pas sont les sons les plus forts. Organisée par Polar Running Adventures, un leader dans le domaine des épreuves d'endurance extrême, la course fait partie d'un programme d'une semaine qui comprend également la possibilité de participer au deuxième marathon officiel du Cap, la visite d'une colonie de pingouins et un safari privé en Afrique. Peu de courses peuvent se vanter d'offrir le frisson de « Deux marathons - Deux continents - Un voyage ».
