C’est l’un des plus grands événements sportifs organisés par des étudiants en Pologne ! Le Mokotowski Bieg SGH est une course caritative qui, chaque année, rassemble des milliers de coureurs dans le secteur de Górny Mokotów et au parc Pole Mokotowskie. La course est réputée pour son ambiance exceptionnelle, promeut un mode de vie sain et soutient toujours une noble cause. Tu as généralement le choix entre les distances 5 km et 10 km, et le parcours plat et rapide le long de l’avenue Al. Niepodległości et des allées du parc est l’occasion idéale de battre un record au printemps ! 🌳☀️
Après avoir franchi la ligne d’arrivée près du bâtiment de la SGH, place à une récupération bien méritée dans l’ambiance du vieux Mokotów :
Pique-nique au parc Pole Mokotowskie : Juste après la course, tu peux t’écrouler dans l’herbe de l’un des plus grands parcs de la capitale. C’est l’endroit parfait pour un « cool-down » au milieu de la verdure, des sculptures et des fontaines. L’atmosphère d’après-course y est toujours phénoménale ! 🧺🍃
Café et petit-déjeuner du côté de Rakowiecka : Les environs de la SGH regorgent d’excellents cafés. Passe à Kawiarnia Otwarta ou dans une autre adresse locale pour un espresso bien serré et un petit-déjeuner d’après-entraînement. Les bagels et gâteaux de Mokotów sont un carburant légendaire pour les coureurs. ☕🥯
Balade au milieu de l’architecture moderniste : Le vieux Mokotów est l’un des plus beaux quartiers de Varsovie. Une promenade tranquille dans des rues comme Narbutta ou Wiśniowa permettra à tes jambes de se reposer de l’asphalte, et à toi de te régaler des yeux avec ses villas historiques. 🏛️🚶♂️
Bibliothèque nationale: Si tu cherches un silence absolu après l’agitation de la course, les jardins modernes et les intérieurs de la Bibliothèque nationale (juste sur le parcours) sont une oasis de tranquillité où tu peux régénérer ton esprit. 📚🤫
