C'est une course déguisée pour Halloween qui se déroule dans le centre-ville de Montpelier, dans le Vermont. Le départ et l'arrivée se font au 89 Main Street. La course est ouverte aux adultes et aux jeunes. Des récompenses, sous forme de cartes-cadeaux ORO, seront remises aux coureurs les plus rapides, hommes, femmes et non binaires, ainsi qu'aux jeunes et aux enfants. D'autres cartes-cadeaux seront remises pour des catégories de costumes spécifiques : le plus drôle, le plus créatif, le plus représentatif du Vermont, le meilleur enfant et le plus engagé dans la course avec un costume inconfortable. L'inscription le jour même est possible, et il faut remplir une décharge en ligne.
