Le Bac Trail, c’est ta dose de nature en Gironde, à Saint-Ciers-sur-Gironde, là où tu viens te dégourdir les jambes et te vider la tête, version grand air 🌿.
Tu choisis ton aventure : 5 km pour te faire plaisir sans te mettre la pression, 12 km pour jouer avec le terrain (et avec ton mental), ou 22 km pour te raconter une vraie histoire du début à la fin 🥾.
Le décor fait le boulot : chemins champêtres, coins boisés, et cette ambiance Nouvelle-Aquitaine qui donne envie d’allonger la foulée… sans oublier de lever les yeux de temps en temps 👀.
Et puis, avoue : “Bac Trail”, ça sonne comme une bonne excuse pour prendre le large… même sans traverser l’eau ! 😉
Après la course, garde des forces pour prolonger le plaisir à deux pas du départ : balade au Port des Callonges (Marais de Braud-et-Saint-Louis), pause panorama à la Citadelle de Blaye, détour par les ruelles de Bourg-sur-Gironde, ou grand bol d’air sur les sentiers autour de l’Estuaire de la Gironde 🏰.
