Au cœur de Lourmarin, une journée sportive où l’on enchaîne 8 boucles, 1 boucle par heure, et on revient toujours au même endroit, pour privilégier régularité, mental et plaisir de durer. Cette course se court aussi pour une cause caritative, chaque tour comptant double pour l’Espoir. Après l’effort, découvrez les ruelles de Lourmarin, puis le Château de Lourmarin et les environs, dans une ambiance provençale et conviviale.
Backyard de l’Espoir, c’est ta journée au cœur de Lourmarin : un village qui sent bon la Provence, des chemins qui donnent envie d’appuyer un peu… et une course où tu reviens toujours au même endroit, comme à la maison 🏡.
Le concept est simple et addictif : 8 boucles, 1 boucle par heure, et entre deux tu souffles, tu papotes, tu te ravitailles, tu repars. Pas besoin de partir à l’aube ou de finir au milieu de la nuit : ici tu joues la régularité, le mental, et le plaisir de durer 🧠.
Et comme son nom l’annonce, tu cours aussi pour une cause caritative : chaque tour compte double, pour toi et pour l’Espoir, et ça change tout dans l’énergie du groupe ❤️.
Après ton dernier tour, garde un peu de jus pour profiter. Va traîner dans les ruelles de Lourmarin, pousse jusqu’au Château de Lourmarin, puis offre-toi une pause au bord de l’eau à Cucuron autour de son célèbre bassin, ou un détour par Bonnieux pour une vue qui te remet les idées en place. Et si tu veux finir tout en douceur, un verre en terrasse sur la place du village, c’est le ravito le plus provençal qui soit 🍷.
Tu viens pour te dépasser, tu repars avec des souvenirs plein les jambes… et la tête en vacances, sans quitter le Luberon 🚴.
