Le Bali Hope Swimrun est l'événement swimrun original d'Asie du Sud-Est, qui se déroule sur la pittoresque île de Nusa Lembongan, en Indonésie. Depuis 2018, cette expérience de quatre jours attire des participants du monde entier, alliant une course d'endurance exigeante à des initiatives communautaires percutantes. L'événement combine des éléments de retraite, de collecte de fonds et de course d'aventure, permettant aux participants de s'engager dans des projets locaux, de prendre part à des cérémonies de bénédiction traditionnelles balinaises et de s'immerger dans la culture locale.
Le jour de la course, les participants parcourent un circuit de 20,25 km qui comprend une course à pied dans les rues pittoresques de Lembongan, une traversée à la nage des mangroves et la navigation dans le canal menant à Nusa Ceningan, tout en étant encouragés par des habitants enthousiastes.
