You choose your adventure 🏃 : trail 7 km to crush the trails, obstacle run 7 km to get dirty with a smile, Nordic walking 7 km to challenge yourself at your pace, or run with your dog 7 km for a true heroes’ duo! 🐕 Here, every stride tastes a bit of wide-open space… and sand in your shoes! 😅
The course is perfect if you want to push yourself without spending the whole day ⏱️, and the changing terrain makes you feel like you’re traveling far… while you’re in Lower Silesia 🌿.
After the run, extend the fun in less than 1h 🚗.:
• Wrocław 🏛️ : stroll through the grand square Rynek, coffee break, and a hunt for the famous gnomes scattered around the city.
• Zamek Książ 🏰 : visit one of Poland’s most beautiful castles, perfect for couples or families.
• Sudetes ⛰️ : a short panoramic hike to recover and breathe in the mountain air.
• Świdnica ⛪ : discovery of the House of Prayer Church, a UNESCO-listed monument.
