The Race under the Millennial Oaks offers a scenic course winding under the shade of centennial trees, with a unique atmosphere. On the program: 10 km for enthusiasts and 5 km of Nordic Walking, followed by a rest near Ślesin lake and cultural discoveries in Konin and its surroundings.
Want to start in an amazing atmosphere, with a historic backdrop? The Ancient Oaks 10K Run in Kazimierz Biskupi is an event you simply have to experience 🏃! A picturesque route winding under towering centuries-old trees guarantees not only fantastic views, but also a pleasant coolness and a unique vibe. Great distances await participants: the main 10 km race for speed lovers, as well as a 5 km Nordic Walking walk for active-walking fans 🏅.
Kazimierz Biskupi is a charming small locality in Greater Poland, but it’s perfectly located: you’ll reach Konin in barely about fifteen minutes, and Łęczna Stary in around half an hour 🚗. After crossing the finish line and picking up your commemorative medal, the entire region invites you to a fantastic rest:
Relaxing as a couple by the water : Go with your partner to the nearby Ślesin Lake 🌊. You can rent a pedal boat, lounge on the sandy beach, or see the historic monument Napoleon's Arch in Ślesin.
Discovering Craft Treasures : Head to Konin and stroll along the charming riverside boulevard near the Warta, where you can see Poland’s oldest road sign – the Konin Pillar from 1151 🗿.
