The Łomża Open Academic Championships in the nocturnal race are an event that fuels participants with an incredible burst of energy and proves that running at night has something truly magical 🏃‍♂️! Even though the competition carries university championship status, it is entirely open to all – students and teachers, early risers and night owls from across the country. A fast urban loop, illuminated by streetlights, awaits runners, along with an ideal distance to aim for a personal best (most often a quick 5 – 5 km) that lets you unleash top speeds 🏅.

Łomża is the historic heart of Mazovia and Podlachia, beautifully perched on hills above the Narew valley. The town is very well located – from Białystok you’ll reach it in about an hour, from Ostrołęka in 40 minutes, and from Warsaw in less than two hours 🚗. Romantic journey into the heart of the Kurpie tradition : Take your other half to the Kurpie Adam Chętnik Ethnographic Museum in Nowogród 🏡. Perched on a high escarpment above the Narew, this heritage park houses beautiful wooden cottages, trunk-hive beehives, and offers breathtaking views.
