À Zakopane, Bieg Po Oddech n’est pas juste une course : c’est un rendez-vous qui a du souffle, au sens propre comme au figuré 💨.
Tu pars sur 5 km en ville, dans l’ambiance unique du Powiat de Tatra, avec les montagnes pas loin pour te rappeler que ici, l’air est un personnage à part entière 🏔️.
Le vrai moteur, c’est la cause : l’événement est porté par la Société Polonaise de Lutte contre la Mucoviscidose, et tu viens mettre tes pas au service d’un message simple : respirer, ça compte ❤️.
Et tu n’as aucune pression : tu peux faire ces 5 km en courant, en marchant, ou en marche nordique, avec une limite large pour que tout le monde profite, du débutant au régulier 🧭.
Et après l’arrivée, je te guide à deux pas du départ : file te promener sur Krupówki (la rue la plus vivante de Zakopane), fais un détour par les tremplins de Wielka Krokiew, prends un bol d’histoire au Muzeum Tatrzańskie, et termine relax aux Termy Zakopiańskie pour récupérer sans te presser 🛁.
Tu repars avec des jambes contentes, des poumons heureux, et la sensation d’avoir couru (ou marché) pour quelque chose de plus grand que toi, bref, un run qui rime avec rendez-vous 😉.
