Envie d’une course qui sent bon les vacances et le sel sur la peau ? Bieg po Plaży, c’est Jarosławiec en mode grand bol d’air : tu longes la mer, tu te laisses porter par l’ambiance, et tu comprends vite pourquoi on parle de “courir sur la plage”… au sens littéral 🌊.
Le format 15 km est parfait pour te challenger sans te prendre trop au sérieux : ça déroule, ça relance, ça pique un peu, et ça fait surtout un souvenir énorme. 🏖️.
Et si tu viens en famille, c’est encore mieux : l’événement pense aussi aux enfants & juniors, donc pendant que toi tu traces, eux ont leur moment de gloire 👨👩👧👦.
Mon conseil de local : arrive un peu en avance, repère les accès à la plage, garde une tenue chaude pour l’après (le vent aime faire son show), et profite de l’énergie du bord de mer ici, même les spectateurs ont la pêche 🧭.
Après l’arrivée, ne file pas tout de suite : va te poser à Jarosławiec pour une promenade sur la côte, fais un tour au phare de Jarosławiec pour la vue, passe par Darłowo et son château si tu veux une escapade toute proche, ou termine par un coucher de soleil sur la plage avec une glace à la main… tu l’auras méritée ! 🌅
