On the fast roads of Warsaw, Ursynów Run draws pros and amateurs for a 5K, with a course certified by PZLA and few turns, ideal for aiming at a personal best. The slogan Yes, I KEN recalls the real chance of beating your best time. After the effort, enjoy Parc Roman Kozłowski, cafés along KEN Avenue, Multikino Ursynów, and the Arena Ursynów facilities to recover and unwind.
It’s one of Poland’s fastest road races, attracting both professionals chasing records and amateurs looking to test themselves on the 5 km distance. The course is certified by PZLA and runs almost entirely on the wide, flat Avenue of the National Education Committee (KEN). Thanks to the minimal number of turns and an excellent surface, the Ursynów Run adopted the famous slogan “Yes, I KEN,” which echoes a real chance to beat your personal record!
Once you cross the finish line and your heart rate comes down, Ursynów offers great spots to recover:
Roman Kozłowski Park (Kopa Cwila): located not far from the course, it’s the ideal spot to “roll” your legs. You can climb to the top of the hill to take in the neighborhood you just ran through, or simply relax on the grass. 🌳⛰️
Ursynów cafés along KEN Ave: Along the main artery, you’ll find plenty of spots for an espresso and a pastry after the effort. Around Imielin and Natolin metro stations, it’s a true café hub where runners in technical tees become part of the scenery on race day. ☕🥯
Multikino Ursynów: If, after the exertion, you crave total relaxation in a comfy seat, the cinema is right next to the start/finish zone. A great option to unwind in the afternoon and let the stress melt away. 🎬🍿
