Then explore Praga, the Soho Factory, and the Chocolate Museum, for a sporty and tasty day.
Are you looking for a race where, instead of energy gels, delicious pralines await you, and at the finish, instead of water, you’ll receive a cup of thick, velvety hot chocolate? The Wedel Run is a truly iconic event and, undoubtedly, the most delicious on Warsaw’s sports map. The race takes place every year in a winter setting, in the Praga-Południe district of Warsaw.
Organizers offer varied courses in the picturesque Skaryszewski Park: featuring fast, dynamic 5 km and 9 km, a kids’ race, and an orienteering race. The park paths guarantee a flat and excellent surface, and the scent of chocolate wafting from the nearby historic E.Wedel factory literally gives runners wings. You’ll reach the start in a flash by tram, bus, or via the second metro line (station Stadion Narodowy 🚇.
