BIKE AND RUN de Saint Astier 2026 ouvert à tous ! Avec la célèbre montée de Puyferrat. OBLIGATIONS MÉDICALES Pour toute demande d’une licence expérience (personnes non-titulaires d’une licence FFTRI Compétition en cours de validité), lorsque le demandeur est majeur, il devra prendre connaissance du “Formulaire Info Santé” et attester de la bonne compréhension des informations délivrées. Lorsque le demandeur est mineur, l’obtention d’une licence expérience (personnes non-titulaires d’une licence FFTRI Compétition en cours de validité) est subordonnée à l’attestation du renseignement d’un questionnaire relatif à l’état de santé du sportif mineur, réalisé conjointement par le mineur et par les personnes exerçant l’autorité parentale. Lorsqu’une réponse au questionnaire de santé conduit à un examen médical, la production d'un certificat médical attestant l'absence de contre-indication à la pratique sportive de moins de 6 mois est obligatoire. Pour les MINEURS, une autorisation parentale est requise . Les licenciés FFC et FFA sont considérés comme non licenciés pour le Bike & Run. PROGRAMME Le bike & Run consiste à réaliser, en équipe de 2 concurrents avec un seul VTT un parcours enchaînant une partie vélo et une partie course à pied, sans aide extérieure et sans arrêt de chronomètre lors du changement de discipline. Les équipiers s'échangent le VTT à leur gré. Les coureurs doivent passer la ligne d'arrivée ensemble. 09h15 : XS JEUNES 4 boucles de 2,5km = 10km (tarifs 30€ en ligne - 35€ sur place) 10h30 : XS OPEN 4 boucles de 2,5km = 10km (tarifs 30€ en ligne - 35€ sur place) A compter de 11h45 (dans l'ordre – cf réglement) : 10 ans / 13 ans - 2 boucles de 2,5 km = 5km (tarifs 15€ en ligne - 15€ sur place) 6 ans / 9 ans - 2 boucles de 1km = 2km (tarifs 15€ en ligne - 15€ sur place) 13h30 : Podium XS jeunes et open 14h30 : S 3 boucles de 5,4km = 16,2 km (tarifs 40€ en ligne – 45€ sur place) A compter de 16h45 : Podium S Restauration et buvette sur site.
