If, like Jean-Luc Lahaye, you want to declare your love to all women, do it while running! ❤️ For the occasion of Pink October, the city of Poitiers hosts “ Bouge en Rose”. The concept is simple: you will make as many laps as you want to on a loop of 2 km 🔄. As you understood, since you’re giving it your all for the good cause you’ll run to infinity 🚀. This race benefits the league against breast cancer 👩, so in October, head to Nouvelle-Aquitaine and come lend a hand 🫵.

This charity run is open to as many people as possible and supports a great cause, not bad right? 🫶 Thanks to just two tiny kilometers (x2...or x12 🤪), you’ll contribute to supporting the major cause of October: the breast cancer ❤️‍🩹. And you don’t have to be a middle-distance champ to do a good deed ⚡️. The pace is up to you: you can choose to run or walk 🚶. Naturally, the event is also for men, no one is left out 😌. Gentlemen, lace up! 👟 Put on your prettiest pink tee 👚 and take part in this show of solidarity 🙌. The registration fee is €3you won’t break the bank! 💰 That’s what teamwork is about: small individual gestures that become impactful when gathered 👯‍♂️.

After your run, discover what Poitiers has to offer. Take a stroll through the town center and visit Notre Dame la Grande, the old Poitiers courthouse or the Saint Pierre Cathedral 🏰. An hour by car, you can visit La Rochelle and its famous aquarium, perfect for a family outing 🐠. About ten kilometers away, don’t miss the Futuroscope, a must for tech and thrill-seekers 🎢. On the culinary side, you’ll want to try the broyé du Poitou, the farci Poitevin or the soupe à l’oseille (nothing to do with your monthly salary 🤑).
