About this event

Paris hosts a connected and charitable race from April 1 to June 6, 2026 for #MoveYourBrain. Cover 650,000 km by running, walking, cycling, or swimming via RunMotion Coach to support the Fondation Vaincre Alzheimer and research on neurocognitive diseases. In the Bois de Boulogne, choose 5 km, 10 km, or the kids' distances (900 m/1.5 km) and turn every kilometer into hope and action.

Ready?

You’re taking on a challenge that’s more flashy than a Christopher Nolan film about the mysteries of the human brain 🧠. The event Christopher Nolan on the mysteries of the human brain 🧠. The event #BougeTonCerveau isn’t just a run, it’s a solidarity epic you’re starting well before race day📍. From April 1 to June 6, 2026, you’ll join a colossal collective challenge in a connected race: covering 650 000 km by running, walking, pedaling, or swimming 🏊. To give you an idea, that’s more than 12 times around the Earth, about 1.7 times the Earth–Moon distance! 🌍 Last year, the community actually surpassed the Earth–Moon distance (500 000 km 😲). This year, you’ll push your limits to smash the research counters 🚀. You in?

Yes yes, you read that right: via the RunMotion Coach app, you’ll aim to cover as many kilometers as possible in 2 months, wherever you are 📆. To cap this challenge in style, the Fondation Vaincre Alzheimer is hosting a race in Bois de Boulogne 🌳. There, you’ll enjoy a flat, rolling course—perfect for avoiding a crash-and-burn and hitting your personal best 🚀. Whether you choose the 5 km, 10 km, or kids’ distances (900 m and 1.5 km), you’ll turn every drop of sweat into a spark of hope. Because yes! The heartbeat of your adventure is the Fondation Vaincre Alzheimer.

Recognized as a Public Utility since 2005, it’s the control tower for neurocognitive disease research in France 💙. In 20 years, it has allocated 73 million euros to fund top researchers 🔬. You aren’t running for glory, but to ensure every euro raised supports early diagnosis and effective treatment development 💊. That’s the magic of sport: act, support each other, and push yourself for a good cause. By the way, studies have shown that engaging in 2h30 of physical activity per week can reduce the risk of developing cognitive disorders by 35 to 45%⚠️. That means, besides helping others, you’re also investing in your health 🫴.

After your effort, you’ll soak up the calm (if you can call it that) of West Paris 🧘‍♀️. You can picnic in front of the futuristic architecture of the Fondation Louis Vuitton, located right next to your race location📍. If you’d like, you can dive into the Parisian scene and all it has to offer 🎉. Musée Grévin, Louvre, Eiffel Tower, Champs-Elysées, Marais district...You won’t run out of activities 🎭. And then, our little guilty pleasure: a delicious Bouillon 😋. Bon appétit🍽.
