BougeBouge vous invite au parc naturel du Cap-Saint-Jacques, le plus grand espace vert de Montréal, pour une célébration automnale du mouvement et de la communauté. Avec des distances allant de 1 km et 2 km à 5 km, 10 km et un semi-marathon (21,1 km), l'événement est conçu pour tous, familles, débutants et coureurs chevronnés. Les parcours serpentent à travers des paysages automnaux colorés, offrant un mélange d'air frais, de nature et de remise en forme. Organisé par BougeBouge, une organisation à but non lucratif fondée par l'athlète olympique Kathy Tremblay, cet événement encourage l'activité physique tout au long de la vie et soutient des projets qui incitent les jeunes, les familles et les retraités à adopter un mode de vie sain.
