Le Breizh Oxygene Trail, c’est ton rendez-vous nature à Plounéventer, au cœur du Finistère, là où la Bretagne te sert une bonne bouffée d’air entre chemins, sous-bois et ambiance qui sent bon le “viens, on y retourne” 🌿.
Ici, tu cours pour le plaisir des yeux autant que pour le plaisir des jambes : des passages en forêt, des portions qui déroulent, et ce petit grain breton qui te met en mode aventure sans te compliquer la vie 🧭.
Tu choisis ton format selon ton envie du jour : 6,5 km pour te faire une sortie punchy, 10,5 km pour un vrai tour complet et souriant, ou 21 km pour aller chercher la version longue et te dire “ok, je l’ai fait” 🥾.
Après la ligne, ne file pas tout de suite. Va faire un tour à Landerneau pour ses ruelles et le pont habité, pousse jusqu’à Kerbénéat et son abbaye, ou fais une pause à Landivisiau pour prolonger la journée tranquille 🏰.
Si tu viens en duo ou en famille, tu peux aussi t’offrir une balade au bord de l’eau vers Le Faou (c’est canon pour décompresser), ou simplement te poser en terrasse dans le coin pour refaire la course en mode “j’avais encore du jus” ou pas 🍻.
