La course annuelle Run for Sight, organisée le jour de l'An, soutient la Connecticut Lions Eye Research Foundation et d'autres associations caritatives locales. Se déroulant au lycée Brookfield High School, la course suit un parcours balisé et offre des récompenses en espèces aux meilleurs coureurs, notamment au vainqueur toutes catégories et au vainqueur de la catégorie masters. Des prix supplémentaires en espèces sont attribués aux coureurs qui battent le record du parcours. Les participants inscrits à l'avance reçoivent un t-shirt commémoratif de la course.
