Préparez-vous à relever un défi époustouflant dans l'un des paysages les plus emblématiques du Pays de Galles avec ce semi-marathon de montagne de 21 km, qui présente un dénivelé positif de 1 165 m et un mélange passionnant de sentiers, de chemins de montagne et de routes goudronnées. Le parcours monte à travers des forêts anciennes, longe des lacs glaciaires et suit des sentiers de montagne historiques, pour culminer avec l'ascension du majestueux Cadair Idris. Avec 65 % de sentiers, 25 % de chemins de montagne accidentés et 10 % de routes, ce parcours offre à la fois une beauté naturelle et un dénivelé important. Les coureurs doivent atteindre le sommet dans les 90 minutes suivant le départ de la course pour pouvoir continuer, ce qui exige une excellente condition physique et une bonne préparation à la montagne.
