Pack your bags, mid-January heading to Le Mans in the Sarthe 🧳 to burn off the calories from Christmas on the Cross Ouest France! 💪 Know that this is one of the most famous cross-country events in France as it gathers every edition of thousands of participants ! 🤩

Do you like having options to push yourself hard? 👀 The event sponsored by the country's most widely read newspaper has programmed no fewer than 16 events in total 🤯: a 20 km trail, a 10 km Nature, a long cross-country of 7 km, and a 5 km short cross 🙌. Ladies, listen up! 🙋‍♀️ A 5 km category is specially reserved for you 👑. And it's not over yet because there’s something for everyone, the organizers also offer a handisport race 👨‍🦽, two Nordic walks of 13km, a 7 km cross-country and more: a canicross 🐶 and kids’ courses! 🧒 And for parents who want to have fun with their little ones, the “Family Loop” of 2.5 km will be the perfect race to send you back with a smile on your face and memories to savor! 🥰 On the event’s front page: conviviality, performance, and... a nice fleece jacket to wear after the race! 🧥 But at Finishers we always see the bright side: the chilly temperatures will give you a little kick start for the race! ⚡️ Be careful not to skip a proper warm-up! 😅

Runners love the Cross Ouest France for the quality of the courses on offer! 😎 A success that’s never been in doubt since its creation in 1981, the year of Mitterrand’s election... it doesn’t make us younger! 😂 And no jealousy between macadam lovers and nature lovers, even if it’s always a pleasure to run in the fresh air 💨. You’ll pass by the Bois de l’Epau, amid the grand trees in their winter robes 🌲, but also through fields and among the pastures (watch out for mud if the weather is capricious 🐽). This cross is pure happiness, a return to the roots of a demanding but wonderfully fun ! 🤪 Plus, if you’re feeling tired, a fanfare will be there to cheer you on and pace your strides 🥁.
