Experience a nature run around Bois des Forts in Téteghem-Coudekerque-Village with 5 or 10 km on the program, starting at the center of Coudekerque and looping through the woods. This family event offers 3 kids' races and a 10 km walk, perfect for pairing performance with discovering the landscapes of the Nord and Hauts-de-France. In parallel, join the Dunes de Flandre Challenge and record your times in view of the annual ranking.

You won’t gain height at the Bois des Forts, but you’ll surely feel mighty strong! 🤓 If you’re aiming to beat your personal best in May, just before summer, the Foulées Vertes de Téteghem, the trails of the Bois de la Forêt in Téteghem-Coudekerque-Village will be perfect for getting your soles warmed up! 🔥 Indeed, the Nord and its Hauts-de-France region isn’t known for hills, so you’ll be able to go full throttle! 💨
The distances are tuned for fast times: 5 or 10 km! 🏃 The courses will be the same, one or two laps in the Bois des Forts, next to the golf de Dunkerque and the Fort de Vallières ⭐️. You’ll start in the center of Coudekerque and soon reach the forest 🌳. You’ll be in the perfect setting to unwind and focus on your race and goals... ⏱️ Or enjoy the scenery and birdsong if you’re not chasing a performance! 🐦⬛ By the way, it’s the perfect event to bring the family: 3 kids’ races are offered in the village center 🤗. You won’t have any excuses to back out, because a 10 km walk is also organized and will pass closest to the Fort and the golf! Watch out for stray balls 🫣.
Besides racing an event in the great outdoors, you’ll participate in the Challenge des Dunes de Flandre! 🏜️ The Foulées Vertes de Téteghem are part of the 13 events in the challenge that take place across regional races from March to October! It’s the sum of all your times of the year that will crown you the dune champion (a bit like Paul Atreides in Dune) 💪.
To train like a pro and become the strongest on the local trails, you’ll want to explore! So after crossing the finish line in style, discover the city of Dunkirk, renowned for its impressive beffroi 🏰 and its endless beaches: the famous "Dunes des Flandres" 😍. Or head to Bergues, where another beffroi awaits, smaller but where the 206 steps will lead you to the 50 bells of the carillon 🔔.
