La Course des 4 Vents, c’est Épaney version grand bol d’air : de la nature, de la forêt et ce petit goût de Normandie qui te remet les idées en place 🌿.
Ici, tu viens pour te faire plaisir : un format 5,5 km si tu veux goûter l’ambiance, du 7,5 km (oui, tu as même deux options) pour jouer les équilibristes entre vitesse et paysages, puis 11 km et 13,3 km pour aller chercher “le vent d’après” sans te raconter d’histoires ! 💨
Autour d’Épaney, le décor fait la moitié du job. Tu passes là où ça sent bon le sous-bois, tu relances quand ça s’ouvre, et tu finis avec la satisfaction d’avoir “pris l’air” au sens propre 🏁.
Et après l’effort, tu restes dans le coin pour transformer la sortie en vraie escapade : file à Falaise voir le Château de Guillaume le Conquérant, fais une pause au Mémorial de Montormel pour le panorama, ou va te balader à Caen entre le Château et les ruelles animées. Si tu veux plus nature, la Suisse Normande n’est pas loin pour une balade au bord de l’Orne ou un coucher de soleil tranquille 🏰.
