Choose among 1 km (race or walk), 5 km or 10 km and take part in a friendly experience that aims to support over 150 associations, while highlighting mental health this year. Whether you experience the race or the stroll, the goal remains to make a collective impact, sometimes even staying in disguise to boost smiles and energy.
We’re meeting in the heart of the Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes region, more precisely in the Rhône, for a weekend that’s going to get your sneakers heating up and your heart 💓. In June, the Course des Héros unfolds in Lyon its solidarity arsenal. Whether you’re a street-purest or a pedestrian-friendly traveler, you can choose between classic formats of 1 km (run or walk) 5 km and 10 km ✅. Here, we’re not aiming for a world-class performance, but for the collective impact to support more than 150 associations 💛. This year, in addition to all the causes present, the organization specifically highlights mental health! ❤️🩹 Oh, and if you’re in costume, you’ll probably run even faster this time 😉.
