La Course du Sanglier de Cerny, c’est ton rendez-vous nature en Essonne, là où la forêt te prend par la main… et te garde le sourire jusqu’à l’arrivée 🌳.
Au départ de Cerny, tu pars te frotter à des sentiers qui sentent bon l’Île-de-France version sauvage, avec des passages boisés, des coins paisibles et ce petit côté “sanglier” : pas besoin d’être apprivoisé, juste d’avoir envie de te régaler dehors 🐗.
Deux formats pour choisir ton aventure : 11,5 km pour te faire plaisir sans te griller, en mode découverte (et aussi en marche nordique si tu aimes avancer fort sans courir), ou 21,5 km pour t’offrir une vraie escapade longue en pleine verdure 🥾.
Ici tu viens pour l’ambiance simple, le terrain vivant, et ce bonheur de courir loin du bruit, tout près des arbres… Bref, tu vas faire le plein (de chemins) sans passer à la pompe 😉.
Et après l’effort, reste dans le coin : fais un tour à la Basilique Notre-Dame de Bonne-Garde à Longpont-sur-Orge pour la vue, va te balader au Domaine de Chamarande (parc parfait pour une récup en douceur), ou pousse jusqu’à Millet à Barbizon pour une balade “forêt + villages d’artistes” tout près de la grande forêt voisine 🎒.
Viens avec tes proches : pendant que tu joues les sangliers des sous-bois, eux peuvent profiter d’une promenade au vert, puis vous vous retrouvez pour un goûter ou un verre en terrasse dans le secteur… et tu raconteras tes meilleurs passages (un peu) en héros, (beaucoup) en souriant ! ☕️
