In November, come make your heart beat to the rhythm of health and solidarity ! ❤️‍🩹

As in previous years, Les Foulées Bleues Decathlon return to settle in the beautiful Picardy city of Amiens to defend public interest and men's health 👨‍⚕️. And because Picards (yes, we know, like frozen foods ❄️) love sharing and helping each other, you are naturally invited to join. Running or active walking, there’s something for all ages and all desires!

Specifically, the aim of the race is to support research around prostate cancer, testicular cancer, mental health and suicide prevention. It is part of the international Movember. By putting on your bib 🎽, a portion of your money is reinvested in the best possible way in a relentless fight against cancer and men's health issues. And because we know that “Octobre Rose” 💘 has just ended and you may have already invested some of your savings in several charitable events, prices have been designed to make both doctors and your wallet smile 💳: registrations ranging from €5 to €10, we’re sure you’ll find your happiness 🍀.

Whether you’re a walker or a runner? It doesn’t matter, the organizers have also worked on this 💪. The start is at 13:30 with the 1 000 m, 2 000 m and 3 000 m version kid . Then come the 5 km and 10 km non-timed, followed by the 5 km timed ⏱️. The courses are flat and very smooth, ideal for chasing a PR in the early afternoon 🏆. If you ever feel Olympic-level fit on that day (or you want to invest more in men's health), you can also combine the non-timed 5 km walk with the timed 5 km run 🏃. You’ll have 1h15 between the two, more than enough to rest 😉. In addition, numerous awareness and prevention activities will be organized throughout the day: a perfect mix of physical performance and cultural awareness 📚. For the entrepreneurs committed and runners aiming for a team placement, a company challenge is also organized by the organizers! ✍️

And because sport is cool, but there’s more to life, you’ll also get to enjoy the region’s treasures in Picardy: Picardy : The House of Jules Verne, the Hortillonnages of Amiens, or the Notre-Dame Cathedral of Amiens ⛪️, listed as a UNESCO World Heritage site 🌍. You’ll have so much fun you’ll want to come back to the area every weekend! 😳
