A big outgoing, two rolls, three knee raises and you’ll be ready for the Life Nature Run in Poiré-sur-Vie. 👟

We know that you love biting into life with full force and especially the chocolates from the Christmas calendar 🎅, so it’s the perfect chance to come blow off steam in December during a race in Vendée. A stone’s throw from La Roche-sur-Yon, join a trail that, since 2004 (the year we said our goodbyes to Henri Cartier-Bresson then, for the photos forget it 😅), brings together over a thousand runners who fear neither rain nor the mud of Pays de la Loire.

You’ve got plenty of options! Saturday, you can choose the 5 km “Body Nature” exclusively for women, the 11 km “Trail of the Harmony Mutuelle Dino” and the 15 km “Lepous Moon Walkers” held at night; on Sunday, it’s tougher with the 15 km named “the Farfadetts” but held during the day, a 25 km “Between Ruth and Life” and a 45 km “Cougnaud, life in motion”, not forgetting

The course is a festive immersion in the joys of Christmas with a typical Christmas street decoration 🎄. Expect forest sections where you’ll step over little wooden bridges and rub shoulders with the watercourses The Life and Ruth on varied terrain such as trails, mud, fallen leaves 🍂, underbrush and meadows. It’s green and nature as you love! It was to be expected with such a name.

For after the race, you can visit the imposing Château de la Métaire in Poiré 🏰, or the beautiful Parc De Beaupuy just a few strides from your race, you’re not far after all! And for a savory break, a stop at the P’tit Marché du Poiré will help you find fresh local produce to enjoy all the gastronomic delights of Vendée.
