In Verteillac, Dordogne, the La Dema Nature Run offers three formats (6 km, 10 km, and 20 km) to fully enjoy the forest and the landscapes of Nouvelle-Aquitaine. The common thread is shaded sections and winding paths that invite you to lift your head. After the effort, extend the experience with a stroll in the village, then visit Aubeterre-sur-Dronne, Brantôme, or Bourdeilles around the village.
With the Course Nature “La Dema”, you come seeking greenery… and you’ll be well served at Verteillac, in the heart of the Dordogne, where forest scents and freedom linger 🌲.
3 formats, 3 vibes : the 6 km to treat yourself without fear, the 10 km to find your pace and enjoy, and the 20 km to offer you a true long-distance escape in nature.
The red thread is the forest: shaded passages, winding trails, and that postcard-perfect touch that characterizes the Nouvelle-Aquitaine, where every turn makes you want to lift your head ✨.
After your race, keep it simple and tasty: stroll through the bourg de Verteillac and soak up the village-square vibe, then head to Aubeterre-sur-Dronne (a jewel nearby), take a detour to Brantôme for water and old stones, or push on to Bourdeilles for its castle and viewpoints 🏰.
