Après la course, tu peux t’asseoir tout au bout de la jetée, tremper les pieds dans l’eau (la meilleure cryothérapie pour des jambes fatiguées !) et profiter du soleil. La plage près du resort est l’endroit idéal pour une pause façon pique-nique. 🏖️🦶Si ton corps a besoin d’une régénération professionnelle, le complexe sur place propose des piscines et un espace spa. L’eau chaude et les hydromassages, c’est la récompense à laquelle aucun coureur ne renoncera après une "douche" de soleil. 🏊♂️🧖♂️
