Un défi pour celles et ceux qui, plutôt que l’asphalte lisse, choisissent les racines et les sentiers forestiers. La compétition se déroule aux abords du réservoir de la rue Lędzińska, en combinant une nage en eau libre avec un parcours VTT (MTB) exigeant et une course à pied en terrain naturel.
Et après la course, place à la récupération !
Piscine de plein air « Zalew » : Si la météo est de la partie, après le départ tu peux rester au bord de l’eau et rafraîchir tes muscles dans la zone de loisirs. 🌊
Mont Klimont : Une courte marche jusqu’au sommet, avec l’église historique Saint-Clément, t’offrira la plus belle vue sur le panorama de la Silésie et sur la mine « Ziemowit ». ⛪⛰️
Tychy et le lac Paprocany : À seulement 15 minutes de route – l’endroit idéal pour une balade de récupération sur les pontons modernes et un déjeuner bien mérité. 🍕
Festin silésien : Tu es au cœur de la Silésie ! Roulade, boulettes de pommes de terre et chou rouge braisé, c’est le meilleur « fuel » après l’effort en cross. 🍖🥟
