Cette course de 5 km chronométrée par puce électronique, certifiée par USA Track & Field, met les athlètes au défi sur un parcours urbain en boucle unique qui commence et se termine au Wadsworth Mansion et comporte des collines pour plus d'intensité. Le parcours est clairement balisé par des panneaux routiers. Veuillez rester attentif à toutes les indications afin de maintenir votre rythme. La circulation est gérée par le service de police de Middletown, mais il est essentiel que tous les concurrents restent vigilants vis-à-vis des véhicules. Il n'y a pas de points d'eau ni de ravitaillement le long du parcours, il est donc essentiel de s'hydrater de manière adaptée. Préparez-vous à courir en autonomie. Des rafraîchissements sont disponibles après la course pour faciliter la récupération, et des toilettes sont situées à l'arrière du parking, à droite du manoir.
