At the finish, a convivial buffet warms bodies and minds, for an authentic sporting experience.
In the heart of winter, the Dark Trail of Cerny (Essonne) invites you to experience a unique nighttime race, designed primarily for enjoyment and sharing 🌑. Organized by the Club Olympique Sud Essonne, this forest event embraces a simple, effective concept: run or walk at night, with a headlamp, on trails that are almost entirely natural. No clock pressure, no overall ranking to chase at the finish… just the desire to enjoy a sporty, festive moment in a deliberately offbeat atmosphere.
The course winds through the forest, almost entirely on trails, which guarantees total immersion from the very first meters 🌲. Night changes the terrain: sensations are different, focus is constant, and every stride is savored with a touch more intensity. Whether you’re a runner or a Nordic walking enthusiast, you move at your own pace, encouraged along the route by marshals who guide and secure the course 🔦.
