The Desperado Trail offers a 10 km Trail, a 14 km Walk, and two 42 km trails (one of them a relay) to test your endurance at altitude and in the mountains, in the heart of nature. After the effort, discover Albi, a UNESCO World Heritage site, the Haut-Languedoc Park, and the vineyards of Gaillac, about an hour from Durfort.
Fellow running friend, get ready to take part in an extraordinary race: the Desperado Trail! 😃 Located in the stunning town of Durfort, in the heart of Tarn in Occitanie, it’s a challenge that will push your endurance in an extraordinary natural setting 🌳.
On the program, several competitions await you, with varied themes for all levels: a 10km Trail, a 14km Walk, and for the bravest, two 42km, one of which includes a relay. A chance to push yourself at altitude, in the mountains and in the nature 🌲.
But don’t worry, this isn’t a desperado race! You’ll have plenty of time to fully enjoy the landscapes of Occitanie and discover the charm of the region 🏞️.
And after the effort comes the reward. Just an hour’s drive from Durfort, you’ll be able to:
- Visit the city of Albi, a UNESCO World Heritage site, with its Sainte-Cecile Cathedral and the Toulouse-Lautrec Museum 🏰.
- Explore the Haut-Languedoc Regional Natural Park and its breathtaking landscapes 🌳.
- And perhaps unwind with a good glass of Gaillac, one of the oldest wines in France, in the nearby vineyards 🍷.
