Le principe est simple et terriblement addictif : vous êtes 2, sur une boucle de 1 km, et vous vous relayez pour faire un maximum de tours dans le temps imparti 🚀.
Un seul d’entre vous est sur le parcours à la fois, donc tu peux envoyer quand c’est ton tour… puis récupérer pendant que ton/ta partenaire prend le relais, et repartir avec l’envie de gratter encore un tour 🧠.
Après l’effort, ne file pas tout de suite : à deux pas, tu peux aller respirer au bord de la Meuse pour une balade détente, ou pousser jusqu’à Visé pour profiter en ville. Si tu veux prolonger en mode escapade, Liège n’est pas loin pour une terrasse et une vraie ambiance, et le coin autour du Canal Albert est top pour marcher et décompresser.
Bref : tu viens pour courir en duo, tu repars avec un mini-voyage dans les jambes… et un vrai “on remet ça l’an prochain” dans la tête.
