In Pokrzywna, in the heart of Nysa County, the 3xKopa Mountain Running Festival invites you to choose from a variety of formats: Vertical, Deaf Dyszka, Karlik’s Twenty, Opawski Marathon, and even the 3xKopa Mountain Ultramarathon, depending on your mood and endurance. The festival atmosphere blends grand panoramas with warm support, for a nature-filled experience that is earned. After the effort, enjoy the nearby Opawskie Mountains and Głuchołazy to extend the getaway.

The 3xKopa Mountain Running Festival, is a day when you come for panoramas, playful trails and that little taste of adventure that sticks to your shoes. Here, the mountain isn’t just looked at, it’s deserved 🧭.
You pick your challenge based on your mood: a short, intense climb with the Vertical, a perfect dose with Dyszka sourde, a longer format with Dwudziestka Karlika, or you really treat yourself to the Dwudziestka Karlika, or you really treat yourself to the Marathon Opawski. And if you want the big thrill, there’s the Mountain Ultramarathon 3xKopa… not to mention Petrovicka Setka for those who like it when “it lasts a while” 😅.
What I love about this place is that you run in a festival vibe: you meet smiles, you hear encouragements, and you feel that everyone has come for the same thing, to enjoy nature without taking things too seriously. In short, you take the Kopa… and head home energized.🌲
After the effort, stay nearby: just steps away you can stroll through the Opawskie Mountains landscaped park, push on to Głuchołazy to explore and unwind, or take a trip to Nysa for its historic center and cool spots to eat. If you want more nature, aim for viewpoints and paths around Jarnołtówek : perfect for a couple or family outing, a stroll-and-photos version 📸.
