About this event
In September, head to Japan for the Yodogawa Eco Marathon, in the Yodogawa district of Osaka. Choose between the half marathon, a timed 10K, or a 5K parent-child race; starts at 11:00 along the Yodo River on a bike path, flat and fast course suitable for beginners as well as seasoned runners. This environmental event also offers charitable actions, with a possible donation to Second Harvest Japan.
Tu as toujours rêvé de courir au pays du soleil levant ? 🌅 Au mois de septembre, fais tes valises 🧳, on t'invite au Japon 🇯🇵, dans la préfecture d'Osaka, dans le quartier de Yodogawa pour l'Écomarathon de Yodogawa 🏃♀️.
Si tu es du genre solo 🧍♂️, viens courir le semi-marathon ou le 10 km chronométré, si tu es plutôt du genre running en famille 🧑🧑🧒🧒, une course parent-enfant de 5 km est organisée. Le départ des courses aura lieu à 11h tapante 🕚, au cœur d'Osaka, le long de la rivière Yodo. Tu longeras son lit via la piste cyclable 🚴♂️. Le tracé du parcours étant plat, facile et rapide ⚡️, la course est ouverte aussi bien aux coureurs novices qu'aux confirmés qui cherchent à battre leur record personnel 💪. Le nombre limite de participants étant de 300 personnes, tu n'auras pas à jouer des coudes au moment du départ 😝.
Avec plusieurs autres manifestations sportives organisées, particulièrement dans les préfectures de Saitama, Osaka, Hiroshima, Kyoto et Kumamoto (mais principalement à Tokyo 🌸) l'Écomarathon se place comme une organisation soucieuse de l'environnement 🌳 et engagée dans différentes causes 🎗️. Cette année, il est possible de faire un don à l'association internationale de soutien aux réfugiés : Second Harvest Japan. Première banque alimentaire au Japon, l'organisation s'engage à ce que chacun ait accès à de la nourriture 🍲.
La ville d'Osaka a une histoire complexe, mais a su évoluer et se réinventer à travers les années tout en conservant son importance en tant que ville centrale et importante du pays. C'est une destination très touristique qui combine culture traditionnelle et moderne 🎐.
