Aux Foulées changéennes, venez chercher du vert et de l’air frais autour de Changé, en Sarthe, dans le Pays de la Loire. Deux formats s’offrent à vous : 10 km pour une course agréable et 23,6 km pour une échappée belle au cœur d’une forêt généreuse. Après l’effort, explorez les alentours avec l’Abbaye de l’Épau, Le Mans et la Cité Plantagenêt, à proximité, pour une sortie nature complète.
Aux Foulées changéennes, tu viens chercher du vert, du vrai et une bonne dose d’air frais autour de Changé, en Sarthe, au cœur des Pays de la Loire. 🌿.
Ici, la star, c’est la forêt : des chemins qui sentent bon la nature, des passages qui relancent le sourire, et ce petit côté “j’y retourne” dès que tu as passé la ligne. 🏃♂️.
Deux formats, deux ambiances : le 10 km pour te faire plaisir sans te griller, et le 23,6 km pour t’offrir une vraie échappée belle, celle où tu déconnectes et tu te surprends toi-même. ⛰️.
Un conseil de guide local : viens pour la course, reste pour le coin. Après ton effort, va te poser près de l’Abbaye de l’Épau (tout proche du secteur), fais un tour au Vieux Mans et sur la Cité Plantagenêt, ou choisis une balade au bord de l’eau sur l’Arche de la Nature juste à côté de Changé. 🏰.
Et si tu viens en duo ou en famille, tu peux terminer par un goûter en terrasse au Mans, une promenade tranquille dans les parcs, ou une sortie nature à rythme cool : ici, on “change” d’air… et toi aussi. ! ☕
