Les Foulées Couvillaises invite to Couville to run between town and nature, with 11 km, 18 km or 25 km in a typically Normandie atmosphere. The courses alternate climbs and rural landscapes of the Manche department, for a friendly and accessible experience for everyone. At the finish, extend the escape: Cherbourg-en-Cotentin, the City of the Sea, and Sciotot beach promise horizons within reach of a step.
The Foulées Couvillaises, it’s Couville opening its paths between ville and nature, with that touch of Normandy that makes you want to lengthen the stroll… even when it bites a bit 🌿.
You choose your adventure: 11 km to treat yourself without begging, 18 km for the good compromise “enjoy / push yourself”, or 25 km to reach the spots where your calves collect memories 📍.
Here, you’ll alternate lively passages with breathers in the greenery, with natural bursts of momentum, paths that smell like the Manche countryside today, and this friendly vibe where you meet as many smiles as curves 😄.
The best plan is to come for the race… and stay for the area: after you finish, head to the sea air at Cherbourg-en-Cotentin, take a detour to the Cité de la Mer to travel without moving, or hike up to Sciotot Beach (Les Pieux) for a wide horizon 🌊.
And if you want to turn it into a duo/family outing, the route suggests a stroll toward the Cap de la Hague for landscapes that win everyone over… and for a little wind-down, a true Normand wind-lull, authentic ✨.
